Returns

 

If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your Action Journal.

 

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

​

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

​

Medals and challenge completion

​

Medals are sent once you have completed your challenge and submitted a claim.

​

• The medal is part of your original purchase and is fulfilled at a later stage.

• Refunds are not available based on whether the challenge is completed or not.

• The 14-day return period applies from when your Action Journal is received, not when a medal is later issued.

 

You may request your medal at any point within 12 months of purchase.

After 14 days

 

After 14 days from receiving your Action Journal, refunds are not normally offered unless an item is faulty.
