All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Some products include items that are fulfilled at different stages.

• Action Journals are sent after purchase

• Medals are sent once the challenge has been completed and a claim has been submitted

 

 3. Medal claims

​

Medals are part of your purchase but are fulfilled at a later stage.

​

• Medals must be claimed within 12 months of purchase

• After this time, medals will only be issued subject to availability

• We reserve the right to offer an alternative if the original item is no longer in stock

 

 4. Pricing and Payment

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required at the time of purchase.
