How your order is delivered

Orders from The Green Medal Club may arrive in more than one part, depending on what you have purchased.

Action Journals are sent shortly after your order is placed.
Medals are only sent once your challenge has been completed and your medal has been claimed

Claiming your medal

Your medal is a reflection of the time and care you’ve given. To receive your medal, you will need to:

Complete the challenge.
Submit your medal claim using the link provided in your Action Journal. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at thegreenmedalclub@gmail.com
Once your claim has been received, your medal will be prepared and posted.

Delivery times

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your items to be posted. Action Journals are usually sent shortly after ordering. Medals are sent after your claim has been received and processed. We will always aim to send your items as promptly as possible.

United Kingdom: Free delivery

Selected European countries: £8.95 delivery

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Postal services

Orders are sent using: Royal Mail (our preferred service) or an alternative courier if required.

Important information

Medals will only be sent once you have confirmed completion of your challenge.
